This matching set of an 11 oz ceramic mug and coaster features an illustration of a Japanese lady wearing a kanzashi, from original art. Kanzashi are traditional Japanese hair ornaments,  worn with traditional attire such as kimonos. This illustration belongs to a Collection called “Tokyo Story” , inspired by the culture of Japan and Japanese flora & fauna. Hand-drawn art by Australian artist Lesley Smitheringale.
